Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Village of Grand Manan has made the First and Second Reading of the proposed Dangerous and Unsightly Premises By-Law. By-Law 60-23: A By-Law to replace By-Law 51-19: A By-Law respecting Dangerous or Unsightly Premises of the Village of Grand Manan.

Village Council is requesting the feedback of residents on the Dangerous and Unsightly Premises By-Law and will review all feedback prior to the third reading of said By-Law before the Regular Council Meeting on August 14th, 2023.

The proposed By-Law may be inspected at the Village of Grand Manan Office during regular business hours or by requesting a digital copy from the Village Office via the contact information provided at the end of this notice. Written submissions for or against the proposed By-Law will be received until 4:00 p.m., Monday, August 7th, 2023. Those wishing to present their feedback in person at the Regular Council Meeting are encouraged to register with the Village prior to the meeting time.
